What can I expect?
The Aquarelles Synchro Club is an artistic swimming program, established in San Antonio since 2014. We are currently restructuring our team into an only Masters club. We are the only one in San Antonio! While our mission is shifting from developing athletes of all ages, we are looking to be more precise in our effort to create a community of ladies that will empower each other to improve their artistic swimming skills and reach the competitive level.
Practices will be led by one of our more experienced swimmers. While water practices are essential to improve technical skills, we value dry land just as much to learn routine counts and clarify routine details. It is each swimmers responsability to learn the routines and get caught up with the routines they are involved with. A swimmer may be joining the team to learn skills and improve stamina only, and/or participate in different competitive events.
The USA Artistic Swimming federation season runs from August to September every year, renewing memberships by the end of August. A Master season usually ends in October with the USA Masters National Championship, making the Summer into Fall practices competition focused.
THERE IS A PLACE FOR EVERY ONE AT EVERY SKILL LEVEL FROM BEGINNER SWIMMERS TO COMPETITIVE ATHLETES.
